Residential: Fine Living

Description: This home furnishings and accessories retail store, nestled between the San Diego communities of Kensington and Normal Heights, was established in an old home and completely renovated by the owners. I assisted in the purchasing of all merchandise, the design and arrangement of store displays, the graphic layout and copy writing of promotional materials, and the creation of an inventory database. I post these images in the Residential section because the concept of the store was for each room to represent a potential room in the home in order to better convey to the customer the possible combinations of various furniture, accents, lighting, art, etc. within several different stylistic themes, and provide that in a home-like environment that would make customers feel welcomed and comfortable during their shopping experience.
